We want your shopping experience at Audaciously African to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Our simple return policy is below. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, email us at 

You are our first priority and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At Audaciously African our main concern is to satisfy our customers. Rest assured our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY.
ALL SALE ITEMS; INCLUDING SPECIAL SALES AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please contact us at  for a return shipping label. Provide your name, order number and reason for exchange/return.

If merchandise is received after the 5 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Audaciously African reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping.  Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice. Audaciously African reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer. If you need to discuss sizing please email  or leave a chat message on our website before placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: Audaciously African is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
